Scattered Sites Development
The Scattered Sites disposition is the coordination and sale of 195 DHC single-family homes. The current residents of these homes will have the opportunity to purchase their home through the Scattered Sites Homeownership Program (SSHOP). If a DHC resident of the scattered-site portfolio is not ready or does not wish to purchase a scattered-site property, they have the option of applying for a Tenant Protection Voucher (TPV) or completing an internal transfer to an alternate DHC site.

The Scattered Sites Homeownership Intake Form is the first step for residents to assess eligibility for three housing opportunities. All applications are evaluated in accordance with fair housing laws and DHC's uniform selection criteria.
Resident Housing Options
The Resident Housing Option Survey helps DHC ensure compliance with federal and local housing policies and identify supportive services residents may need — such as relocation assistance, homeownership counseling, or accessibility modifications.
